Bookmarks
A bookmark saves the address of a web page. You can also give a bookmark comments, tags, and references. You write the comments in Markdown.
Bookmarks are available on every plan. On the Free plan, you can keep up to 10,000 bookmarks. To attach files to a bookmark, you need the Pro plan or the trial. See Pricing.
Add a bookmark
- In the menu, open Bookmarks, then Add.
- Enter the URL of the page.
- If you want, open Comments, tags and references, and fill in the fields that you need.
- Select Save bookmark.
You can save each URL only once.
Find and open a bookmark
In the menu, open Bookmarks, then List. The list shows a short form of each URL, and your comments. It does not show the titles of the pages.
To open a page in a new tab, select its URL.
Edit or delete a bookmark
- In the list, select Manage next to the bookmark.
- To change it, select Edit. Make your changes, then select Save changes.
- To delete it, select Delete. Type
yes, then select Delete bookmark. You cannot undo this.
Import bookmarks from your browser
Most browsers can export their bookmarks as an HTML file. Look for "Export bookmarks" in the bookmark manager of your browser.
- Export the bookmarks from your browser.
- In Dushed, open Bookmarks, then Import / export.
- In Bookmark files, choose the HTML file, then select Import bookmarks.
Dushed imports the bookmarks from all folders, but it does not keep the folder names. It uses the name of each bookmark as its comment.
Import bookmarks from a CSV file
The first row of the file must contain the column names. The names can be in upper case or lower case.
| Column | What it contains |
|---|---|

The address of the page. The file must have this column. |

If Dushed cannot read the URL in a row, it skips that row.

.htmlor.csvfile. Together, the files must not be larger than 30 MB. - Dushed skips URLs that you already have. If a URL is in the files more than once, Dushed adds it once.
- On the Free plan, if the new bookmarks would take you over the limit, Dushed does not import any of them.
